- Title Search: A certificate of title or title deed is a legal document confirming possession of land. Perform a title search if you need to identify the land description, the registered proprietor(s), or any instruments, dealings or easements associated with the land title.
- Registered plans: A copy of the survey plan or registered plan as lodged at the Land Titles Office. Perform a plan search showing the surveyor, area, easements and boundary information.
- Dealings / instruments: A dealing or instrument is any document affecting a land title or title ownership. Perform a dealing search if you need to get copies of mortgage documents, caveats, easements, transfers etc
